Terms of use

By using VTune, you agree to use it responsibly, only in servers where it has been authorized, and only with content you are permitted to play.

Permitted use

VTune is provided for private Discord voice-channel playback. You must follow Discord's terms, YouTube's terms, copyright law, and the rules of the Discord server where VTune is installed.

Prohibited use

Do not use VTune to access private, restricted, paid, or protected content.
Do not use it to infringe copyright or other rights.
Do not abuse commands, disrupt servers, evade access controls, or interfere with the service.
Do not attempt to extract credentials, tokens, or other users' information.

Availability

VTune is offered on a best-effort basis. Playback sources, Discord behavior, and third-party APIs can change without notice. Access may be limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

No warranty

VTune is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued compatibility with third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as VTune changes. Questions can be directed to the VTune operator through the Discord server where the bot is installed.
