Operator and availability

Cameron Low in Ontario, Canada operates vtune.app under the VTune brand. The website provides public documentation and a product demonstration. The hosted service remains in private alpha; public source and container distribution remain planned for stable v2. Dates and future features are not delivery commitments. Cameron does not currently accept payments for VTune, and visiting this website creates no subscription.

Media and sharing rights

You retain your rights in uploaded content. Uploading a file does not make it part of VTune’s software licence. You permit your instance operator to store, convert and play that content as needed to provide the functions you request and the sharing choices you make.

Only upload, share or play media when you have the necessary rights for that use and audience. A private library or invitation does not itself grant copyright permission. Everyone present in a Discord voice channel can hear playback. A publicly available URL does not necessarily authorize downloading, conversion or rebroadcasting; follow the source service’s terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not use unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized private content.
• Do not bypass access controls, extract credentials, access another member’s private library, or redistribute files without permission.
• Do not abuse uploads, invitations, playback controls, or infrastructure.
• Follow the rules of your Discord server and the services you connect.

Software licences and independent hosting

The existing AGPL-3.0 software licence and third-party licences remain in effect; these website terms do not replace or restrict their permissions or obligations. Public release gates do not change rights granted under an applicable software licence. Independently hosted instances have separate operators responsible for their configuration, access, storage, backups, moderation, privacy obligations and third-party integrations.

Service limitations and moderation

Alpha software, codecs, Discord, and media sources may change or become unavailable. The website and service are provided on a best-effort basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. An operator may restrict access or remove content to address unlawful use, protect people’s rights, or keep the service functioning. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Contact hello@cameronlow.com for questions, content-rights concerns, accessibility assistance, or a private security report concerning Cameron’s site or instance. Start with the affected page or feature and a minimal description; do not send credentials or other people’s private content. Reports about an independent installation should go to its operator.

Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern Cameron’s website terms, subject to mandatory protections where you live. Updated terms are identified by the date on this page.
